I agree. I felt bad when I heard about possible mental illness issues, but it seems this is just speculation based on her claims that she doesn't remember this or that.

I read the title as Ashley Judd goes to jail, then the comments really confused me.

I know this will seem incredibly shallow, but I've always been of the opinion that any girl named Ashley is automatically good loooking, if not down right hot. This one completely destroyed that theory.

The "excitement" about this issue is due to fact that the McCain camp came out so fervently in support of this woman... which is, of course, another example of McCain using race-baiting tactics to attack his opponent [for which they get a "B" for effort].

Meanwhile, I heard that M. Night Shamalayan is trying to secure the rights to this story to exploit the "Mystery of the B" on her face -- which, in a surprise twist ending, was actually created by a swarm of disappearing bees.

Maybe she was beaten for being a victim of Munchausen Syndrome.
