It's not alcohol, it's an "energy drink" called Arinamin V, a bit more on the medicinal side of the spectrum, but in the same category as Red Bull or any of those other taurine-loaded concoctions.

Funny that Arnie stopped making commercials over here after this string of ads. Hmmm....
