ohh, the internet is not going to like you.
I'm pretty sure every piece of cat advice I've ever read says to leave them alone while they're eating. Especially when they're making their "I'm upset and you're stressing me" noises.
A cat which is really stressed wouldn't eat. This doesn't look like a particularly badly looked after cat, it's just wants to nom in peace. I'm pretty sure they don't video every meal it takes!
In my experience cats that are brought up with siblings are more likely to do this. It's just some auto "it's my food back off" thingy.
I've even heard them do it when nobody's around (being somewhere else in the house and hearing it).

If cats are making annoy noises it's a great idea to leave them alone at ANYtime. Having said that my cats would not eat unless we sat down with them. I think they liked the idea of having someone watching over their back while they ate.

It's really no concern of mine what kind of ill disposition "imaginary" internet peoples (most of whom I share no real meaningful social interaction with and, more likely, of whom I'll never meet in my lifetime) may have towards me because I have a differing preference in domestic pets.
