Filip and Fredrik are at it again, this time visiting Austin Texas to show Swedish TV viewers how effed up life can be in Sunny America. Crazy Carl (and his severely alcoholic brother Riley) welcome the boys and their camera crew into their average American home. After some hilarious introductions, we see the true meaning of the visit, as Crazy Carl reveals that he has been working on enhancing his man-boobs (Gynecomastia). This isn't a genetic condition; however, Crazy Carl deliberately tries to create breasts in the likeness of a woman. This is disturbing as hell, and scarily hilarious at the same time.
