The single is to be on the band's upcoming album, Agony and Irony. This song is speculated to be about deceased Joy Division frontman, Ian Curtis. At the Give it a Name show on May 10, 2008, Matt Skiba introduce the song as about "a guy called Ian from Macclesfield" which confirms it as being about Ian Curtis.
