I saw him (didn't get to take a photo or talk to him) in person a few years ago at The 20th Annual Media Access Awards on 11/2/2002. He was drinking there or potty mouthed there. [grin]

Ok, this is kinda funny, but I see nothing indicating that he's drunk. If you call "swearing while at work" drunk then I'm drunk all the time.

This is just a poorly edited video of blooper clips making it look like he's swearing at the audience.

I think the Will Ferrel Jeopardy segments on SNL are way funnier than this.

I've seen a bunch of outtake tapes of little bits like this, and it's really common for them to swear like mad, drunk or not.

I'm upvoting for the stark difference in personality between when he's "on" and when he's not. I would hardly recognize him with his normal face on.
