all it is is numming people into tools. it seems that the instructors dont reolise that this is what thay are doing. thay think thay are installing "disaplin" and order.

You're right, westy. When you started your first day at McDonalds, did it occur to you that all the countless minutes learning how to work the fryer made you a tool? You know what is a great tool? Spell Check.
