I don't see how that's a dupe in any way, shape or form. I didn't see a single bit of content in this video that was in the other.

This is no dupe. I know dupe, and dupe you are not.

They probably didn't sign it because Disney and countless other cartoons have used the same old slapstick humour trillions of times before. I don't know about you guys, but to me it was rather boring
