A house in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada has been running a light show during the holidays for the past 5 years which raises money for local charities via donations and sponsors.
The display took over 400 hours to set up and consists of 80,000 lights (70,000 of which are LEDs). The house has a special electrical hook up which delivers twice the current than a normal home. The display is synchronized to music which is transmitted via FM radio.
