Since that is probably most of the actual disaster special effects in the film, it's probably best to consider it a $50 million one-and-a-half minute short film. Looked at that way though, it's the best short film ever.
Which was showing the truth about a movie (that it will be a disaster), not what the movie wants you to believe is the truth (that it's an awesome disaster movie).

This actually makes me want to see the film.
It makes me want to see the film as it would be made by the guy who made this trailer. I suspect the real film will be, well, a disaster.
