In the news this week here in the UK is the massively disturbing story of two brothers who tortured, abused and left for dead a 9 year old and his 11 year old uncle. It begs the question, when are we going to wake up to the damage that already offending young kids can go on to cause later on and at what point do they need to be reined in?
