It's not Bach. Definitely Romantic Era at the very earliest. I'd guess a Liszt, he was a crazy enough composer. I was a pretty good pianist at age 14, but I couldn't play nearly as fast.

In other words kids playing with kids might be fine but an adult screwing with them needs their ass kicked. Let them grow up first, they are easy victims of predators if we don't have and stick to that rule. In this case the societal pressure turns out to have valid scientific reason behind it, not just moral judgment.

I've played the piano for 13 years and haven't heard that piece, so i'd venture to guess it's not common. If I had to, i'd say Chopin, but there are several phrases that are very "Bach invention-esque," so dystopianfuturetoday wasn't completely off the mark.
