I'll take a lick of Creation or Intelligent design to heart the moment I hear an actual scientific theory instead of yet another long winded speech that boils down to simply 'God made everything' which even ID boils down to, even if they never actually say 'god' and just 'some vast intelligent master of the universe.'

Frankly it's silly and I cannot help but think that the average person who buys into their garbage simply is below average intellectually.

I'm still wondering if it would be ok to add an introduction to the bible.

The bible is public domain so it absolutely is.

I want to pass around a hundred thousand King James Bibles. Only I'd include a one page introduction to it that says:

Everything within this book is fictitious. It was written between 200 and 400 years after Jesus was alive.

And King James had the bible re-written in his image and barely a word of it mirrors the early texts.

But then again I doubt it would work, as the religious devout and 'actual history' rarely get along.

COLBY, THE CHRISTIAN ROBOT!

That right there is why I am so happy I didn't grow up in the bible belt. Such blatant mind washing. I feel for any kids pushed into watching that garbage. I'm in upstate NY and I cant stand the church organizations up here. If I grew up or lived in the bible-belt I would have killed myself years ago.

What if Earth had rings like Saturn?

Well if the most accepted theory on how we got our moon is correct - that it was once one of the many more planets our young solar system contained and one about the size of mars crashed into earth and the debris formed the moon - than at one point the earth DID have rings, but they coalesced into our moon.

Beyond that Earth simply isn't big enough for persistent rings.

Zero Punctuation: Dragon Age: Origins

He should now go play and review the PC edition because frankly it is an entirely different game. And going evil doesn't actually change anything in the game? Did he never play evil? Because it can create some massive differences.

In the end he gave it a good review, even if 90% of the review was about how much like every other tolkien-esque RPG out there, which is is. The game does not try to innovate very much and sticks to typical fantasy cliche's in a big way. But what it doesn't do for innovation it does for everything else. It's beyond the best RPG to come out since BG2 and is far better than anything else they have done, including KotOR.

As a general rule I'm quite against the military industrial complex that has become our 4th wing of government (the Pentagon) that has ensured we've been at war since the 50's somewhere in the world and will be for an unforeseeable future. Not to mention the large segment of the population that treats war and it's atrocities as a hobby.

But that is one fucking wicked looking UAV.
