Downvoting regionally blocked videos (Sift Talk Post)

My issue with the downvotes is that they are irreversible and only a comment on the source of the video rather than the video itself. If a new embed is found, the downvote stands.

Technically, we should be * discarding the Comedy Central posts for violating our guidelines. I'm actually fine with that, although I don't think we should purge previously sifted videos from our ranks. If a new embed is found, those videos can be revived.

Obama faces racism in West Virginia

Regarding racism in the United States, it was never, ever confined to the South. In the North, it was sometimes even worse to be African-American, because of sundown towns. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sundown_towns)

A sundown town was simple. Blacks were prohibited from being there after sundown, so none could live there, but they could still come during the day to be maids or laborers.

There were almost no sundown towns in the South. They were all in the North. Each areas were full of racism, just manifested differently.
