The Truth About Aerial Hunting of Wolves in Alaska

It's good that they're getting on top of this, but how many hunters who own airplanes can there be? That vs the huge huge area up there, I don't think the wolf pop is in danger anytime soon, from aerial hunters at least. Still a cruel hunting tactic from some seriously lazy men.

Nobody is Smarter Than You Are

I listened to a part of one mp3, and it seems to me that you could replace his 'Novelty' with Robert Pirsig's 'Quality' at least in the beginning. Where McKenna goes forward with it, (and more mainstream), Pirsig took it much farther back to where it all started at the most basic. I'd love to see some thought put between the two.

I often wonder why gays want to 'come out' anyways. They had so much power in the closet, and such a mystique! I even wanted to be gay once just to be part of that loving community.

Edit: This is one of my "just leave it at that and let 'em wonder" moments.

A Really Really Really Big Storm

I've been on an aircraft carrier in seas like this. The ship doesn't really pitch and roll as much, but you can look in compartments along the hull and see I beams buckled. I've been on a fast frigate too, and the puke factor was off the scale. It's funny how used to it you get though, I was the master with a deck buffer in high seas, lol. It's an art form.
