What do I do when someone dupes a video I've sifted?

Looked around but .. not sure if there's any standard procedure?

My submission:
http://www.videosift.com/video/Sumo-Car-Wash

the dupe:

It's obviously not stated in the FAQ/rules and it comes down to this topic by Zeph but in a situation like this I inform whoever posted second via their member profile and maybe also leave a comment containing the link to the other video - so that gold stars may also sort it out.

Seems to me that yours came second. Yours was published 20 hours ago, and rouges's came 2 days ago.

That's when it was published .. not when it was queued.
You can see the first comment on it is over 2 days old.

It would be really nice if we could see the video submission time for these situations. The publish time can change indefinitely.

To see the date the video was submitted hover your mouse over "published by".
