Then there's this guy - he's obviously no-shit-for-real insane. I did explain to him why he can't downvote, and he told me he knew that, but still says VS as pro-torture.
I told him "Um, sift ten videos, then you can vote it down." To which he responded with "I know the previous because when they REFUSED my "vote it down;" in the interests of science, I attempted to "vote it up."
