Krupo has said that you need 3 for an official Sift-up Quorum - but I thought you might like to see this pic of myself and DeathCow.



I stayed with his family is the woods of Alaska - and we went to our high school reunion. I'm still a bit shell-shocked from the experience and can't think of anything witty to say. There were lots of old people there.

I think I was watching out for bears.

Yeah, I wish I had my beard back. My Avi picture is from when I took 6 months off, went around the world with the family and started VideoSift.

I think avatars work best when they show who you feel you are. I'm not sure sure what that says about Deathcow, or you for that matter karaidl.

Hey how many people showed up to your reunion? I mean, it's Alaska, so the class had to be small to begin with, add that to the fact that it's the 20th... was it just the two of you?

Our class was over 350 people as I recall. I would think there was at least 70 - 90 people at the night I went. Dag might have a better visual sense for counts, he's like that Rain Man guy... (I kid... I kid...)

Yeah, the reunion was just me and DC in an old school house out in the woods. Quite a party.

Seriously, there was about 150 people at the reunion - we went to a big school. About half of them are anchored down in Anchorage.

no... always liked reading the books and looking at the D&D modules but if you've ever seen a group of kids sitting around playing D&D in the high school cafeteria it dampens the excitement

I was in Seward and Anchorage in 92....got to enjoy the snow in July....from volcanic ash dumping on Anchorage about 8pm....nasty next day.....much free-silica inhalation....I love AK, so many nicefolks.....and bars, jeez never seen so many freeekin hole in the walls!!

What is it w/ males and the compelling need for facial hair? Like my mom always said, "Why cover up a perfectly good face with all that hair?" She always thought beards were for Grizzly Adams not civilized folks.

Being one of those with a baby faced 40 year olds, it became a necessity - especially for teaching. When I shaved mine off, my family said grow it back.

Folks still think I'm ten plus years younger.
