Channel Trouble

We've come up against a database limitation that is preventing new channel creation. That's why MGR's [secret] channel never really got created.

Lucky is working on a fix- but in the meantime we'll have to hold off on any new channels. MarineGunrock has reserved [that secret channel] however, and it will be all go once the fix is in.
