What is the point of *quality then? It used to count towards your star. Please get rid of the silly *quality if it is meaningless. I mean it used to be undocumented feature of sifttalk that you could inflate your ranking.. HENCE the trusted use moderation of *quality to make sure it was point worthy. and to prevent abuse.. But the star ranking has been broked so sift talks no longer count.
