Scene from After Hours; the character Paul Hackett desperately needs to enter the punk club on Mohawk night. I love this somewhat obscure movie and recommend it highly to anyone that likes dark comedies with dry humor.

The cameraman simply used the panning head for his camera, while in a moving car, at night. Creates a stunning effect, IMHO. No sound. (A little music to set the mood would have been nice, but it's still pretty darn cool.)

This is part of the documentary Night and Fog by the great director Alain Resnais. It was made only ten years after the war had ended and the camps were liberated. The narration is pretty honest and raw as well as some of the footage.

I am going all-out with the "cheese" factor. I love it! How can you not love Tony Manera (John Travolta) as the King of the discothèque from the movie, "Saturday Night Fever," I ask you? Enjoy!
