With the success of the first Impress Drunk people I have found another, almost equally as impressive drunk trick. The mysterious case of Lighter and Bottle.

This isn't a funny video about a drugged guy. This is very sad and disturbing, and hopefully more attention is being paid to this kind of drug problems. These kids literally are just melting their brains away.
