I'm only posting this because it happened in my state, and because I think the trial will be an interesting one. The confessed killer, Joseph Duncan, will act as his own defense and thus be allowed to question the girl he attacked.

True justice has no preference, she is blind (sometimes deaf, and dumb). But justice is mostly the opinion of peers (jurors that are amassed in group think).
