No... That constitutes a successful run over!

This is why it many states it's now illegal to drive in the same lane that an officer is pulled over on. Too many officers die from dumbasses who freak out when they see them. If you see a cop on the right side of the road, get one lane over. :-)

I'd count that as a successful run over too

I'm amazed how the driving skills of certain people vanish when they see a cop.
