In case you were wondering, that's a Smith & Wesson Model 627 V-Comp revolver that he's shooting in the first 2 records and a S&W Model 625 revolver in the 3rd (http://www.jerrymiculek.com/titles.html). He's able to reload so quickly thanks to the use of a moon clip (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_clip).

He's able to reload so quickly because he practices and practices and practices. That moon clip is standard for competition shooters who use revolvers. Anyone could be that fast if they practiced enough. With firearms smooth is fast and only with practice can you get smooth.
