The sad thing is this guy probably has dementia and isnt drunk. Either that or he has low blood sugar - hypoglycemic. Often can be confused with being drunk.

Seriously. When I see stuff like this I'm sad. Put the camera down and go help the guy. Call the ambulance / police, and meet them down there to get him somewhere he can get treated.

Well, I've just seen this vid one YT, then looking for it here (in order to not make a dup).

All I have to say is that it is very very very sad. It is marked as comedy in YT and sadly see that it's the same here. Shame.

I can't vote for this if it's to make fun of misery.
