Definitely PWEI. I'm fond of their album "This Is the Day...This Is the Hour...This Is This!" It's beginning to sound dated but then it came out in 1989 and at the time was way ahead of the pack with mixing live instruments with sampling.

I found myself watching the Shatner clip almost the entire time. I thought the new one was overdone. Very nice though.
