My Girlfriend and I do Shao-Lin Kung Fu, but I don't the forms they are doing. Can anyone read the titles?

There is no thing as "Shaolin Kung-Fu", although a lot of schools advertise with that term, just because it's popular. It describes a composition of various styles, loosly connected to the Shaolin temple. "The" Shaolin Kung-Fu wouldn't be possible because there are far too many basic styles (Tiger, Dragon, Snake etc.) and their various schools. Compare it to the term "car": It's just the common denominator for a thing, but more specific there are sedans, trucks etc and they all come as different brands. Same with the term Kung-Fu.

If i had to guess:

First kid is doing a Shandong Wushu form (not exactly sure, mainly because of using the head so much), second kid i'm pretty convinced does Hung Gar, which is the more common Kung-Fu style teached in western countries.

Sure there is "a thing" called Shaolin kung-fu. Shaolin kung-fu are the martial arts developed or improved with in the 2 major Shaolin temples in China. These "arts" have been around for centuries, passing down for a long time within the temple walls. It also made it's way outside of the temples and it is taught in some form of Whushu. There are supposedly 72 basic forms for Shaolin kung-fu.

In the video the 3 kids demonstrated 3 of them, 1st being the "Tung Zi" which loosely translate to "young lad" it focus on the flexibilities of the human body. And as kids have the best flexibilities.
2nd is "Shaolin Fist" and 3rd is "TaiZu long fist" it's a form of long fist. "Long fist" being one of the most common martial art in all of China's history. A lot of different schools have forms of "long fist".
