I can relate to the no-lectricity, no water thang and would hate to have to do it again as well, but may have to again someday, perhaps-What a wonderful *quality interview!!

p.s. you're parents aren't the only ones who name animals after holidays... I had a roommate once who came from a farming family. Her parents would frequently name piglets things like, 'Christmas', 'Easter', and there were a lot of chickens running around named 'Breakfast', 'Lunch', and 'Dinner'.
