I've seen about 2. The other is that the water pressure prevents you from opening the door or a submerged car until the car is completely filled with water.

While there are certainly much more busted myths than confirmed myths, if you look up the show on Wiki, you'll see that there were plenty of confirmed myths.

Never seen how police people shoot into water tanks to get an antouched bullet with the pistol's typical markings so you can compare it to another one? Kinda obvious that it slows down, it just sinks down to the ground.
