Yeah it is... best movie ever made imho... I've probably seen it almost 20 times. You have to watch it a few times to understand everything through the thick accents, to figure out who everyone is, and, hell, even to figure out what the main character's name is because they never tell you. I'm convinced his name's Charlie, for a number of reasons. Very good movie though, especially for the high replay value.
