Badminton>all

Been playing it with friends for years now. When theres 10 of you on a court playing it gets pretty insane. The game we play when we want to have fun and get everybody on the court, you have to hit the shuttle then run around to the back of the queue of players on the other side. Eventually when theres only there left occasionally you have to return your own shot. hehe I love it. Also when we play serious games then you'd be amazed how acrobatic it is. Its not easy to tell from that angle but in good badminton you will be moving faster than in any other racquet game. Your agility improves a lot, as long as you don't make the mistake that most people do and just keep tapping the shuttle to the other person.

It's true. I used to play back in highschool (along with wrestling and football--good balance, right?). THe court's the size of a volleyball field, and the angle's not very true to the hustle involved with the sport. These guys have 4 ft verticals and amazing flexibility and reflexes. Awesome athletes.
