From my brief tenure near (in) Mexico I can pick this much out of the narration: This guy is so fat that his fat has fat, and that he has a fat condition, and its because he eats to many gorditas. The surgeon then goes on to say that a huge problem of this surgery is that hes really fat. And the hospital is to poor to afford people to hold his fat flaps so as to keep them out of their way.
