... difficult to come up with a title for this sift. Directed in 2001 by Gen Sekiguchi, who also made the wild 2004 movie 'Survive Style 5+' (which also features a rocketing human arm fight).

@calvados; I've seen planty of crazy Japanese promos and commercials, and this one really stands out as especially inexplicable.

I think this video is a play on/parody of 'Mazinger Z' (Tranzor Z in the US). The guy robot had rocket punches, the girl robot had rocket boobs. Although, I bet there are 900 other Japanese cartoon examples of this as well.
