A little sensationalistic since it only applies to phones that have the vulnerability.

How good a scam is it, if you have to set up a "1-900" #? I imagine those are rather traceable...

More common problem is the fact that having bluetooth enabled will suck the power right out of your phone.

Most mobiles come with Bluetooth 'off', and yes as Krupo said it sucks out battery power ridiculously fast.

i leave my bluetooth enabled 24/7, and my battery lasts about 5 days during normal use. *shrug*

The only reason you guys' phones run out so quick with bluetooth on is because of all the hackers making calls on your behalf.
