I wonder if she just needs milked? According to my wife and the half dozen or so ladies she'd have over occasionally when my kids were babies the breasts hurt when overfull, have to release the pressure somehow. Same here maybe?

I agree Drattus, that udder looked painfully swollen. To produce milk for human consumption, these cows have their calf taken away and they are milked only 2x a day for the sake of farming efficiency. Udders (and human breasts) are built to be suckled many times a day. And she looked a little skinny, poor thing.
