This one's hard to classify, but I don't see the comedy channel applying. There may be something comedic about it, but not necessarily comedy.
And not sports. And judging by the production value, it isn't terrible either.

It's a show from Canada venturing into the United States that is the American Idol equivalent to Entrepreneurship/Venture Capitalism.

At the time we had a discussion on the classification of this clip. I agree with doogle with regard to the channels. At the time I classified it only as "geek".

OK guys, I did some channel reassignment for you. It is a sports-related invention though, and it's definitely a case of "who gave that a green light" for letting him on the show in the first place.

American Inventor was originally created in Japan, and i think the British took the idea and then others from there.
American Idol and America's Got Talent were both created by the British.

These sorts of people really, really make me sad. It's a whole lot of misdirected energy. That much energy is great, but that much energy poured into things that have no chance of success tend to lead to horrible self destruction.
