<description>This doesn't even include the $400+ billion budget for the US military. A friend of mine says the US spends this much money so that it is prepared to wage simultaneous wars against two major military powers a la WWII. With Germany and Japan out of the picture, that shit is just not going to happen. Seriously, if you think both Russia and China are going to start a war with the US, then you are ^%$^ing out of your mind.
