Lucky I demand you remove my upvote which was illegally stolen and applied to this video. I upvoted the 1 year 3 month old video.

Not this five month old dupe. So just because pqueues did not exist over a year ago, isn't reason for not giving credit to the oldest submission.

I agree. The other video is still functional and would have been in the p-queue had it existed. This is the dupe.

Just because it's (the other one) still functional does not mean this is the dupe. It was discarded. Discarded videos have ALWAYS been fair game.

You're right about that. But, then the other one was not a dupe of this one, and the votes shouldn't have been transferred. If anything the other video should just have been killed. Not whining about it, just my opinion.

It's not technically a dupe, but since it's the exact same video and people voted for it, it's only fair to transfer those votes to the new one (and I'm pretty sure MG was referring to joedirt with that "whining" comment, not you burdturglar).
