This is University of Pittsburgh's Book Cart Drill Team, "The Pitt Crew" performing at the American Librarians Association 2005 convention. Library cart drill team competitions are esoterically popular among public and academic libraries. They even have competitions, complete with bronze, silver and gold cart prizes.
