Drugs are a horrible thing, especially when they enslave people... The poor woman is obviously messed up in many ways and it is sad.
The other post you comment on, the rape video, is a violent attack/crime caught on film in a place where it "Should have been prevented!" The bus driver just ignored them and didn't even try to intervene. He was the adult and did nothing.
I don't see how that compares with this. Two people come across a woman who is a victim of drugs. They stop and observe. It is not condoning or encouraging drug use, it shows the unfortunate outcome of a really bad situation in our society today. There is no crime here taking place at the moment of the filming... but gives a strong statement as to the evils of drug use. Trust me, I know drug abuse, I don't sit with it lightly.
I'm sorry if it bothers you that I take a stronger stand against Raping a teenager on a public bus than observing a person on drugs - I mean no disrespect to your opinions but again, I don't see your argument.
