“No you can't, the rules are there so this doesn't turn into a place where people are posting videos about themselves like youtube, veoh, etc. The whole purpose of the sift is to post videos that you find funny or interesting from other sites, not that you uploaded or made. You may not like the rules but they are what ehey are and the rest of us do follow them. Search sift talk about self linking and you can find lots of discussions on the subject.
