I think both homosexuals and African Americans have suffered many injustices because of ignorant societies. Which has suffered worse? You can't make a fair comparison between the two. The rule should prohibit personal attacks and I say both types of slurs are unacceptable because they imply a diminished status of anyone belonging to the group.
I hope you understand, I don't mean anything by it, and the thing i find humorous is the fact that people are racist or homophobic at all if that makes sense.
Anyway I hope it didnt dissuade you from reading my [EDIT] section below the initial joke. But you're right, I don't know you. Just understand that I didn't mean it as an insult or in a derogatory way.

I have bigger problems in life to worry about, so I'm not going to really stress out over this, but if you think calling me a nigger is a joke, you have a lot to learn. You don't know me, and just because I tried to be nice and extend a hand of friendship and understanding to you, it does not mean that you have the right to even jokingly call me a nigger.

I disagree with a lot of what you have to say.
However, for whatever it's worth, I have a tremendous amount of admiration for your poise and composure and for the intelligent way you present your point of view.
If we genuinely believe cheering for death is unacceptable, I think we're obligated to draw attention to the frequent and popular cheers for death on the sift. I believe that would be in the best interest of progressivism, and that would let us not get caught in hypocrisy.

Maybe the number would seem larger to you if we just left the bodies in the street so you could walk past them. If the grieving families were there lamenting the loss of their loved ones. How many people need to die for you to consider it a real problem?
